How to Use

QUIET SHIFT: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably 1-2 hours before bedtime
NEW BEGINNING: In the evening, lightly massage 1-2 pumps onto your cleansed face and neck avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb and apply your favourite night-time moisturiser.
If you are new to retinoids, we recommend you build up to daily use gradually, using twice a week for the first 2 weeks, three times a week for a further 2-4 weeks, working up to every night if well tolerated. For many, using every other night sees effective results.

ROOT FORCE: Apply half a pump using your fingertips (or our rather lovely Jade Renewal Comb) on to the scalp focusing on the hairline, parting and crown. Gently massage into scalp and leave in (do not rinse). For best results use daily as part of your evening routine and look forward to stronger strands coming your way!
