Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how to change or cancel. We've kept it as simple as we can.

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries every 8 weeks. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged ahead of each delivery.

Pausing, cancelling or changing

You're in control. Pause, cancel or change your subscription whenever you like, there's no need to wait or ask.

The easiest way is through your order confirmation email, which has a link straight to your order. From there, you can manage everything yourself.
