Returns & Refunds

At Curated Beauty London, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return something. Just email us at care@curatedbeauty.com with your order number.  To keep things safe (and hygienic), we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Once a product has been opened - especially skincare, haircare, or supplements, we’re unable to take it back unless it’s faulty.

Faulty or damaged?

We’re so sorry! If your order isn’t as expected, please get in touch within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • Please ensure you include a note inside your return with your full contact details and order number.
  • Please use tracked post to avoid any lost parcels and kindly obtain your proof of postage receipt for your records. 
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
