How do I redeem my gift card?

Simply enter the unique code from your gift card at checkout. The amount will automatically be applied to your order total. If your purchase is more than the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance with your usual payment method.  If it is less that the amount on your gift card, the money will remain on your card until redeemed in full, or the expiry happens – whichever is first.

How do I send or share a gift card?

This is a physical gift card and will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

You can send it directly to your recipient, or alternatively, you can have it shipped to yourself so you can hand-deliver it or include it inside a personal card.

Do gift cards expire?

Yes, your gift card will have a 2-year expiry date from when it was purchased.  Plenty of time to look, consider and buy what you’d really love.

Can I top up my gift card?

Gift cards can’t be topped up, but you can purchase an additional card anytime.
