Curated Rewards Terms & Conditions

Curated Rewards is our way of saying thank you. Earn points as you shop, share and celebrate with us. Use them on full-price treats whenever you like. Simple, generous, and designed with you in mind.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Curated Rewards Loyalty Programme operated by Curated Beauty London via Shopify and Appstle Loyalty.  By joining the programme, you agree to the terms below.

1. Membership

• Curated Rewards is free to join.
• You must have a registered account on curatedbeautylondon.com
• Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel accounts where fraud or misuse is suspected.

2. Earning Points

Points may be earned as follows:

• 1 point per £1 spent on eligible orders and subscriptions
• 100 bonus points on your second order or subscription
• 200 birthday points once per calendar year
• 50 points for following us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
• 100 points for sharing on Facebook
• 50 points for newsletter subscription
• 100 points for leaving a verified product review via Judge.me

Points are awarded only on completed, paid orders. Returned or refunded items will have points removed.

We are 'gifting' 50 points on Curated Rewards to everyone who has  purchased since our launch last year.

3. Refer-a-Friend

• Referrers receive 200 points when a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase.
• The referred friend receives £10 off their first order when they spend £30 or more.

The referral reward:

• Applies to first-time customers only
• Excludes subscriptions. 
• Excludes promotional or discounted items
• Cannot be combined with other offers

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse will result in removal of rewards.

4. Redeeming Points

• 100 points = £5 reward voucher

Rewards may be redeemed on products and ‘bundles’ on our website

Rewards cannot be used on:

• Subscription orders
• Promotional or discounted items
• Gift cards

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Subscription Rewards

Subscription customers may receive additional gifts or bonuses, including:

• Bonus points on milestone orders
• Complimentary treats
• Exclusive gifts 

Gifts may change based on availability and are subject to substitution of equal value.

Subscription must remain active and paid to qualify.

6. Expiry

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity unless otherwise stated.

7. Changes to the Programme

We may update or cancel Curated Rewards at any time.  Reasonable notice will be given where possible.  Points already earned may be honoured at our discretion.

8. General

• Programme available to UK customers aged 18+
• Only one account per person
• Misuse may result in account closure

These terms are governed by UK law.
