In the evening, lightly massage 1-2 pumps onto your cleansed face and neck avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb and apply your favourite night-time moisturiser.
(If you like to use a toner after cleansing, avoid AHA/BHA toners and at night opt for a hydrating essence instead)

If you are new to retinoids, we recommend you build up to daily use gradually, using twice a week for the first 2 weeks, three times a week for a further 2-4 weeks, working up to every night if well tolerated. For many, using every other night sees effective results.

While using, always apply high protection, broad spectrum sunscreen during daytime hours to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays and maintain skin health and longevity.

Sensitive skin?
You might also like to try the sandwich technique: after cleansing apply a light layer of moisturiser, then apply your retinoid then apply another light layer of moisturiser. This allows your skin to stay protected and rest assured, your retinoid still works!

If you have very sensitive skin, test a drop of serum on a small area of your forearm for sensitivity before applying to the face for the first time. Only introduce your skin to one new product at a time so you limit any other variables.

We do not recommend pregnant or breastfeeding women use retinoid products, if you have any concerns always consult your doctor before use.
